This quick and easy scrambled egg recipe will have everyone asking for seconds, maybe even thirds! This recipe can be enjoyed a side of toast, biscuits, or even breakfast potatoes. 🥔 😋Â
Ingredients:
- 3 large eggs
- 1-2 Butter or oil of choice for oil
- Salt and Pepper, Tony's or Cayene for spice
- For a more liquidy finish, add 1tsp of water to your eggs mixtureÂ
- Fresh Chives or dried parsley
Instructions:
- Crack and whisk eggs, and seasonings (add water if you want a liquity finish) in bowl with fork for a smooth finish
- Add butter or oil to pan over medium high heat. (Add however much makes your heart sing.)
- Once melted, add egg mixture to pan. (Let cook for a few seconds before stirring.)
- As you continue to cook your eggs, stir (flip) your eggs periodically until eggs are where your taztebuds like them.
- Add garnish on top and serve immediately for freshness
